Carrot Salad

In the continuous search of easy-to-make and cool recipes, one day I found myeslef in a japanese restaurant with this amazing salad. The ingredients are very easy to find and it is easy to prepare, and probably the hardest part is to eat it, for which I recomend you to use chopsticks.



You’ll see how this salad is perfect for the warm weather that it is arriving.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 carrots.
  • 2 clementines.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • Fresh Parsley.
  • Salt and pepper.

PREPARATION.
  1. Peel the carrots. With the grater, and for its coarser side, grate the carrots through their longest side, trying to obtain carrot “noodles”
  2. Squeeze the juice of the clementines and pour on the carrot noodles.
  3. Finely chop the garlic and the parsley. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
  4. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
